The first volume of the Energy Security Forum addresses a highly controversial issue of the Gazprom domination over the Central
Eastern European (CEE) states’ gas market. We asked several experts to share their views on what could be the consequences of this long standing Gazprom monopoly in the CEE region. Should the CEE states worry about this, should they implement responsive measures or strive to mitigate negative consequences? Or maybe they better concentrate on the improvement of relations with Gazprom? Four authors approach the issue from very different perspectives and offer their distinct views and arguments.
