TTX CORE 26-NE, scheduled for 9–13 November 2026 in Vilnius, Lithuania, is a strategic tabletop exercise designed to strengthen interoperability and resilience among NATO Allies and Partner nations on the Alliance’s North-Eastern flank, including Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, and Poland.

The exercise will focus on identifying interdependencies between electricity and gas networks, addressing vulnerabilities in energy supply chains, and enhancing the security and resilience of critical energy infrastructure.

TTX CORE 26-NE will be conducted in three phases:

  • Academic Seminar
  • Tabletop Exercise (TTX)
  • Distinguished Visitors Day

The exercise is jointly organized by the NATO Energy Security Centre of Excellence (NATO ENSEC COE), the NATO Cyber and Digital Transformation Division (NATO Headquarters), and the European Commission Joint Research Centre (JRC).
