By submitting my entry data to the ENSEC COE Competition 2026, I hereby declare and agree to the following:
- Originality & Ownership: I confirm that the submitted material is my original work and does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
- Grant of Rights: I grant ENSEC COE a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, and perpetual license to use, reproduce, edit, and publish my submission for educational, promotional, and informational purposes across all platforms, including but not limited to YouTube, official websites, social media, and printed reports.
- Image & Voice Release: I consent to the public display of my name, image, and voice as captured in the submission. I confirm that I have obtained written consent from any other individuals appearing in my video for their image and voice to be used as described.
- YouTube Compliance: I certify that my video does not contain copyrighted music or materials that would violate YouTube’s Community Guidelines or Copyright policies.
- Data Privacy (GDPR): I consent to the processing of my personal data (name, age, email) by ENSEC COE for the sole purpose of administering this competition. My data will be handled securely and will not be shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
- Age & Parental Consent: * If I am 18 or older, I accept these terms on my own behalf.
- If I am under 18, I confirm that I have obtained the consent of my parent or legal guardian to participate and agree to these terms. (Note: ENSEC COE reserves the right to request proof of parental consent).
- Finality of Submission: I understand that once my file is uploaded to the provided OneDrive folder, it is considered a final submission and cannot be edited or deleted by me.
