NATO Energy Security Centre of Excellence is proud to announce that on 31 July 2026, at Šiauliai Air Base, Lithuania Deputy Chief of NATO ENSEC COE, Colonel Gildas Precheur, was awarded the Baltic Air Policing (BAP) Medal during the Baltic Air Policing Transfer of Authority Ceremony. The medal was presented in recognition of Colonel Precheur’s commitment and valuable contribution to the mission.
By assuming this operational responsibility alongside his duties at NATO ENSEC COE, Colonel Precheur demonstrates the Centre’s commitment to supporting NATO operations. His appointment highlights the Centre’s ability to provide operational expertise where it is most needed, strengthening the connection between NATO ENSEC COE’s work and the Alliance’s deployed missions.
